Naughty Lindsay

Posing for a photoshoot on Malibu beach, Lindsay Lohan wore nothing but her white woollen underwear - and a pair of cosy sheepskin boots.

It seemed that while the actress had no concerns about showing off her flesh, her alcohol monitoring SCRAM anklet wasn't quite the look the photographer was going for.

Lindsay will have to wear the anklet, which monitors the alcohol excreted through the skin, until the judge is satisfied that she is abstaining from drinking.

Luckily the boots hid the black band, while Lindsay posed with a bow and arrow for acclaimed photographer Ellen Von Unweth.

Lindsay is not due back in court until July 6 so will be wearing her anklet for at least two months. She also has to undergo weekly drug tests.

She recently tweeted: 'Can Chanel please help me out by getting me some stickers to put on my scram bracelet so that I can at least wear a chic dress?! maybe!?'

As part of her DUI probation Lindsay has been ordered to abstain from alcohol and drugs, with the exception of pre-approved prescription medications.

She has passed her first two court mandated random drug tests with flying colours.

The Mean Girls star has also encountered no problems with her SCRAM bracelet.

Lindsay had her wisdom teeth removed earlier in the week but was cleared to take pain medications for that.

Lohan's probation stems from a 2007 arrest for which she pleaded no contest to two DUI counts and two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after cocaine was found on her person.

In a sworn declaration following her arrest Lohan denied using drugs, claiming she was wearing a pair of borrowed jeans from a friend/assistant.

Lohan was subsequently sentenced to a day in jail and three years probation.

She encountered the wrath of Judge Marsha Revel last month when she failed to show for a probation status hearing, choosing to stay in Cannes instead and claiming her passport had been 'stolen.'

Revel issued an arrest warrant for Lohan, who promptly posted bail so she wouldn't be arrested upon her return to the States.
